While we operate as a private pay practice, we also recognize that many individuals may want to use their insurance to help pay for treatment. Thankfully, there is a middle ground that allows you to have the autonomy over your healthcare while also taking advantage of your insurance benefits.


Using Out-of-Network Benefits


Although we do not accept insurance directly, many insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits that allow you to get reimbursed for services received at Teal Saguaro Wellness. This means that, even though we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you can still submit claims for reimbursement after you pay for your sessions upfront. By utilizing out-of-network benefits, you can get some of your treatment costs covered, while still receiving the personalized, holistic care that we offer.


To take advantage of this option, simply ask your insurance provider if your plan includes out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services. Once we provide you with a receipt for your treatment, you can submit it to your insurer for reimbursement.
