These terms govern participation in Teal Saguaro Wellness online CEU courses and complement our general site policies. By purchasing or accessing a course, you acknowledge that you’ve read these conditions, agree to abide by them, and understand how CEU credit is awarded and administered.

1. Eligibility & Credit - CEU credit is intended for clinicians licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Out-of-state licensees are responsible for confirming acceptance with their own board. Credit is awarded only after full video completion and a passing score on the post-course quiz/evaluation.

2. Enrollment & Access - Course purchases are for a single participant, are non-transferable, and for personal professional use only. The viewing/access window is only guaranteed for thirty days after purchase. After this time, if course has not been completed, Teal Saguaro Wellness cannot guarantee access to course and CEU credit. Access to course may be revoked for policy violations.

3. Refunds & Cancellations - Refund requests are accepted prior to certificate issuance and within the aforementioned access window; once a certificate has been issued, or access window has passed, all sales are final. If a course is cancelled or materially unavailable due to our error, you may choose a refund or course credit.
