About the event
A Learning Luncheon and social / networking event for Central Ohio Mental Health Professionals, hosted by Kaela Rae Vance LPCC-S, spotlighting featured presenter, Kristen Gidel Kelly, LPCCS-S, LICDC, CTTS, from Imagine Recovery Counseling. At this luncheon, Kristen will be providing us with a presentation entitled "EMDR: Why are We 'Going with That'?".
About the Luncheon Presenter - Kristen Gidel Kelly, LPCCS-S, LICDC, CTTS:
Kristen is a deeply experienced and highly credentialed mental health professional with a passion for trauma-informed care. A Certified EMDR Therapist, Approved Consultant, and Trainer through EMDRIA, Kristen specializes in helping adults heal from PTSD, dissociative disorders, substance use, and complex trauma. With degrees from The Ohio State University and the University of Dayton, she integrates EMDR with modalities like Internal Family Systems, ACT, DBT, and CBT for substance use, tailoring treatment with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
