Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Sweat Houz in Worthington, Ohio, for a much-needed self-care break. Sweat Houz is a unique wellness studio that combines the benefits of infrared saunas and cold plunges to create a powerful recovery experience. My visit wasn’t just about physical rejuvenation, though - it was a moment of mental relaxation and refreshment, reminding me of how essential self-care is for both body and mind.
